Refund policy

WWF-Australia is a charity, your purchase of the products from this online shop will help to fund our work protecting some of the world’s most endangered animals, combatting climate change and protecting fragile habitats and ecosystems. 

If your item(s) are damaged or defective in any way, or your package has not arrived within 15 business days after receiving your order confirmation, or your virtual gift has not arrived within 24 hours of your selected time and date, please contact us at shop@wwf.org.au. Please try to provide as much information as possible, including your order number, and any photo evidence of damaged product(s) if relevant, so we can assist you as fast as possible.

Please note, we are unable to provide refunds, returns, or replacements for any of the following situations:

  • You change your mind or decide that you don’t like the product.
  • You made an error when purchasing the products, e.g., you chose the wrong product or provided wrong shipping or delivery details.
  • You misuse the product(s).
