Shipping policy

All virtual products will be sent to the email address you specify at the time you have selected for the virtual product to be sent, which will be either:

  • immediately after you complete checkout (if the 'send immediately' option is selected when you add the product to your cart); or
  • at the date and time you specify.

Once you have completed your order, the email address and the delivery time cannot be changed.

If the ecard was not received by the recipient within 24 hours of your set delivery date and time,  please give us a call on 1300 032 551, or send an email to shop@wwf.org.au.

Orders with physical products will be delivered to most metro areas within 8-15 business days, 8-20 business days for most non-metro areas for standard shipping, or 5-12 business days with express shipping; this includes the production and delivery of your merchandise. You will receive updates with shipping links to help track your order. We currently only ship our products to addresses in Australia.

Please note, we are unable to provide refunds, returns, or replacements for any of the following situations:

  • You change your mind or decide you do not like the product
  • You made an error when purchasing the products, e.g., you chose the wrong product or provided wrong shipping or delivery details.
  • You misuse the product(s)
